Join our 5 current Neurologists, our 2 Midlevel provider(s), and our clinical care team of over 6 support staff and together lead our Neurology program to new and greater heights.

Little Rock is the capital city located in Central Arkansas and boasts the best of urban, suburban, and rural life. Arkansans  enjoy their weekends exploring the city’s attractions, festivals, and events. We also adventure through the hundreds of amazing outdoor activities throughout the area.

With a National Airport reachable in a 15-minute drive, Little Rock is also a great place to live while also exploring the nation.

• 5 x 8a-4:30a hours shifts
• 4-5 days per week in clinic, starting at 8 patients per day.
• 1 day per week administrative, education, and research if beneficial for VA.
• 7 consecutive days per month of inpatient consults, approximately 4-8 patients per day:
• Inpatient consult service with Resident support.
• Hospitalist team covers all admission and discharge responsibilities.
• Weeknight and Weekend call coverage.
• Reduced clinic loads during week of inpatient consults.

• Potential starting base salary range: $270,000 - $300,000
• 50+ Total paid days off per year

Hiring Process (as quickly as 8-16 weeks)

• Email current CV to CAVHS Physician Recruitment, legate
• Complete screening qualification call, and provide references.
• Complete service line phone interviews and site visits
• Accept offer and complete pre-employment steps.
• Onboarding and Orientation

• At least 1 active state medical license; and no revoked, suspended, or probation status
• A degree of Doctor of Medicine or equivalent allopathic or osteopathic degree from an accredited institution; or evidence of an ECFMG certificate.
• Completion of Residency Training in the United States.
• Board Eligible in Neurology
• Selective Service Registration is for males born after 12/31/1959.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Non ACGME residencies - must provide ECFMG and proof of 5 years USA training and/or relevant practice experience in the field you are applying.

• U.S. Citizenship; non-citizens considered when no qualified US citizens apply or are selected.
