Customer Service Rep, Event Manager / Planner
Overview
JOB OBJECTIVE: To provide assistance to the Visitor Services Department by providing information and assistance to various groups and related events held at Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau facilities, including both indoor and outdoor events, such as mobile visitor information center and pop-up locations around the city.
This is not a Safety-Sensitive Job for Purposes of the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment.

These knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through the completion of one (1) year of college or vocational-technical school in the tourism and hospitality industry or related area, and two (2) years of experience in tourism and hospitality industry. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be available to work weekdays, evenings, holidays and weekends as required.
