⭐ About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll provide high‑quality support across order processing, installations, promotional activities, and internal sales operations. You'll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure accurate, timely order entry using ERP systems.

You'll also partner closely with sales representatives and internal teams to resolve stuck orders, validate information, and keep workflows moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

+ Process and enter 10-15 orders per day in an ERP system

+ Support sales representatives with order information, updates, and administrative needs

+ Answer inbound phone queue calls (low volume)

+ Resolve customer claims and complaints professionally and accurately

+ Close out outstanding orders by determining if they are revenue‑generating or covered under extended warranty

+ Review and respond to customer survey feedback

+ Collaborate with internal teams to streamline and improve processes

+ Manage shared email inbox efficiently and accurately

Required Skills & Experience

+ 2+ years of customer service experience

+ (call center, order entry, sales support, or account management)

+ Experience processing orders in an ERP system

+ Strong Microsoft Office skills

+ Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously

+ Excellent communication and customer service skills

+ Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

+ Oracle ERP experience

+ SAP

+ Pricing validation experience

+ Microsoft Excel

+ Power BI

Work Environment

+ Hybrid position - must live in Arkansas

+ Worksite: 10303 Colonel Glenn Road, Little Rock, AR 72204

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm CST

+ Training: 3 weeks (fully supported and structured)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
