In this role, you'll work closely with our Community Manager and play an essential part in creating an outstanding living experience for our residents while ensuring our leasing office runs smoothly.

• Serve as the welcoming face and voice for all residents, applicants, and visitors to our leasing office.
• Meet with prospective residents to showcase our community and assist them in finding their perfect home.
• Assist with marketing and leasing plans, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing Act and company policies.
• Support daily office operations, including filing, answering phones, and handling inquiries.

• Preferred: 1 year of leasing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional, friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in standard office tasks and basic computer skills.
