Responsibilities

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Little Rock, AR. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, assisting with order processing, troubleshooting product-related issues, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The role also involves accurate record-keeping, coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs efficiently, and upholding the company s commitment to service excellence.

The role may include handling escalated concerns effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Proficiency in customer service tools, platforms, and data management systems
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in documenting interactions
  • Familiarity with sales support, product knowledge, and resolving customer issues
  • Experience in working in a team-oriented environment and collaborating with multiple departments
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or previous customer service experience are a plus
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office
