Title: Member Services Representative
Reports to: Club Manager

As a Member Services Representative you are a high‑energy, positive member of the team delivering exceptional customer service and encouraging members to reach their fitness goals.

• Ensure the club is super clean and up to our standards.
• Recruit new and current members for fitness classes.
• Introduce members to Black Card amenities and help them enroll.
• Assist with door‑way check‑in, greetings, farewells, tours, and other club responsibilities.
• Lead by example, stay passionate, and invite members to enjoy their experience.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Birthdate confirming you are at least 18 years old.
• Passion for helping others.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, bend, reach, kneel, and handle hazardous chemicals.
• On‑time reliability.
• High school diploma or GED.

• Occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling of at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twist, or crouch.
