Job DescriptionThe Associate Customer Service Representative II is responsible for responding to customer inquiries via telephone or email, providing problem resolution in alignment with the organization’s service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Analyze customer service needs and communicate effectively with service and technical departments.
- Solve basic customer problems while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Frequently report to the Customer Service Manager.
- Level II: 3–5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
