• Assist customers with travel inquiries, bookings, and modifications via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot travel-related concerns, including flight delays, hotel accommodations, and itinerary adjustments.
• Provide expert travel recommendations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify trends to improve support processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain and update an internal knowledge base.

• No experience necessary; however, 1+ years of front-line customer support or travel-related experience is preferred

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Passion for travel and familiarity with booking platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work independently from anywhere.
