Construction Project Manager - Per Diem

Position: Construction Project Manager - Per Diem Offered
Trillium Construction is currently hiring Construction Project Managers for heavy Industrial Construction Projects in Central Arkansas.

Qualified candidates will work from active construction sites, and report directly to upper management, and owners etc. The Project Manager will work closely with other Site Management and Superintendents to ensure successful project completion. Industrial Construction, Heavy Civil and General Construction based experience required- with preference to Pulp and Paper Industry. Skillset/Experience should include familiarity in Conventional Structural Steel, Process Piping, Process Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation.

Job tasks to include Supporting & Promoting safety, Customer Engagement, attending customer meetings, Managing and directing project office and field staff, Adherence to project schedule, Reviewing and Approving Labor and Material

Requisition s, Tracking, Scheduling, and Reporting Daily Site Schedule and Production.

Pay is based on Experience, Job History and References, starting at $. Per-diem is paid on a per project basis and is based on geographical location.

- Ability to travel throughout Continental United States
- Must be able to work from project location for durations of 6-18 months.
- Proficient in Reading Construction Drawings, General Arrangements, Isometrics, P&'s, Spool Sheets, Etc.
- Critical Path Method (CPM) logic
- Detailed identification of procurement and construction activities; including those of subcontractors.
- Weekly detailed schedule updates
- Project % complete curve (baseline plan), Actual % complete, Forecast % complete
- Microsoft Office- (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Projects, Word)
- P6.
