Business Development Manager – Arkansas
SCRAM Systems is seeking a full‑time Business Development Manager for our Ignition Interlock business segment in Arkansas.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a professional to build relationships with agencies and organizations that provide our products to consumers who must use them. The role involves working with treatment and assessment organizations, driving education entities, attorneys, and court/probation officials to promote our lifesaving technology.
Duties / Responsibilities- Target new business opportunities for client referral with partners and service centers.
- Cultivate business relationships with court, attorney, probation, DMV, monitoring agencies, and alcohol treatment programs to promote our technology and products.
- Handle Business‑to‑Government (B2G) marketing within the court system; work with partners and service centers to establish relationships and communication.
- Execute on goals and sales objectives established.
- Nurture current business relationships through account management, demonstrating a customer‑first approach and building strong trust and brand loyalty.
- Work closely with marketing to develop go‑to‑market strategies and collateral.
- Participate in industry seminars, conferences, trade exhibits, networking events, and public speaking opportunities to promote and educate about our products.
- Work with field staff within the specified territory; may support contractors in target territories.
- Willingness to travel 75‑100%.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Proven experience in contractor or client support.
- Experience building positive relationships.
- Strong business development experience—prefer B2G experience.
