Sr Analyst Compliance

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monitoring and testing activities for FERC Tariff requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support audit preparation and internal reviews to maintain audit readiness.
• Design tools and evidence collection processes to improve assurance and transparency.
• Contribute to industry working groups and technical investigations.
• Evaluate opportunities to accelerate compliance work using AI technology.

• Certifications:
  
  NERC RC, CCEP, or other risk management credentials (preferred).
• Experience with FERC/NERC regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and compliance platforms (e.g., Archer).
• Interest in AI, automation, and analytics in a regulated environment.

• Work on high‑impact compliance projects that shape the energy industry.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
• Drive innovation by applying AI and automation to compliance processes.

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $85,000‑110,000 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Salary may vary based on location, competencies, education, professional certifications, and experience.
