Quotations Coordinator

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quotations Coordinator to join our team. As a key liaison between sales representatives, vendors, and customers, this role is responsible for maintaining strong relationships and ensuring the smooth processing of quotation requests. If you excel in a fast-paced environment and have exceptional communication skills, we'd love to hear from you!

• Monitor quotations email inbox and review requests for completeness
• Request additional information from distribution partners as needed
• Create project shells in our database system and assign to Quotations Specialists
• Collaborate with sales representatives and Quotations Specialists to manage workloads and drive projects forward
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and lighting products/technologies

• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multi-task in stressful situations
