- Collaborate with Human Resources to post positions and assist with employee evaluations
- Assist in procurement of supplies, including obtaining quotes and tracking orders
- Coordinate staffing schedules and maintain employee records
- Prepare various documents, correspondence, and presentations
- Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years of general administrative office support experience, OR Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years, OR High School Diploma/GED plus six (6) years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications:
Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook - Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work under deadline pressure
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a diverse environment
- Experience in a healthcare setting or similar environment
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in healthcare operations
- Advanced skills in data management and analysis
Previous experience in payroll processing or timekeeping - Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management
