What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Perform administrative duties such as processing purchase requisitions and managing calendars
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to post positions and assist with employee evaluations
  • Assist in procurement of supplies, including obtaining quotes and tracking orders
  • Coordinate staffing schedules and maintain employee records
  • Prepare various documents, correspondence, and presentations
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years of general administrative office support experience, OR Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years, OR High School Diploma/GED plus six (6) years of experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications:
    Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work under deadline pressure
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a diverse environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in a healthcare setting or similar environment
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in healthcare operations
  • Advanced skills in data management and analysis

    Previous experience in payroll processing or timekeeping
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management
