Little Rock Service Company is in search for an Accountant with an Accounting Degree to join their Accounting team.
Responsibilities & Duties- Payroll Processing: Calculate wages, taxes, and deductions.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and summarize daily, monthly, and yearly financial reports (e.g., Trial Balance).
- General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain the general ledger and prepare documentation for tax filing and audits.
- Data Entry & Recording: Accurately record day-to-day financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and payments.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Issue invoices, manage collections, and process vendor payments.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile bank, credit card, and vendor statements to ensure accuracy.
- Must have experience with full charge bookkeeping.
- Degree in Accounting.
- Stable work history & great references.
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
