Senior Accountant

Do you love analyzing data, organizing, and problem-solving? We want to hear from you! We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Senior Accountant to help keep clients financial information in order and up to date. You will be responsible for the preparation of financial statements in Quick Books, providing business advisory services and consulting, preparing business tax returns, servicing payroll clients, cashflow and budget analysis, etc.

Responsibilities

• Prepare corporate and partnership business tax returns
• Prepare business financial statements including the income statement and balance sheet using Quick Books
• Cashflow and Budget Analysis
• Prepare all financial statements and bank reconciliations
• Process payroll to provide payment to employees on time

• Must have 3 or more years of experience in accounting or a related field
• Ability to solve problems using critical thinking skills
• Understanding of the payroll process and how it works
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
• Must be located in the United States
• Experience with Excel, Quick Books, and basic accounting systems
• Must possess exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Exceptional knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)

$75,000 + yearly depending on experience
