This role focuses on customer service in a variety of settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring that visitors feel safe and welcomed while maintaining strict security protocols.

  Part-time, Saturday and Sunday, 1st shift 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

• Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
• Manage access control and perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of an extensive security screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Basic proficiency with phones and computers.
• Prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus.
• State license, if required, or ability to obtain one.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
