Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking an experienced CRNA for locum tenens coverage beginning May 2026 in Little Falls, Minnesota.

This is a CRNA only practice environment offering independent anesthesia delivery with strong surgical variety and predictable call structure.

Assignment Overview

• Location: Little Falls, MN
• Start Date: May 2026
• Practice Model: CRNA-Only
• Shift Need: Days + Call
• Call Requirement: 1:3
• EMR: Epic
• Travel & Lodging: Included

This is an independent model where CRNAs practice autonomously within a collaborative surgical team.

Facility Overview

• Level III Trauma Center
• ~90 deliveries annually
• Estimated 700–1,000 endoscopy cases per year
• Majority case volume:
  • Orthopedics
  • Total joints
  • General Surgery
  • Endoscopy

VBAC support required with in-house call during active labor.

Case Mix
CRNAs will provide anesthesia for:

• General Surgery
• Endoscopy
• OB
• Pediatrics
• Orthopedics
• ENT

No mention of cardiac or complex neuro cases.

Regional Block Expectations
Regional proficiency is required, including:

• Interscalene
• TAP
• Femoral / Adductor
• Sciatic
• Popliteal
• PENG
• ESP
• IPACK

Strong block skills are essential for this role.

Candidate Requirements

• NBCRNA Certification
• Active Minnesota license (or ability to obtain)
• Comfortable in independent CRNA practice
• Strong regional anesthesia skillset
• Comfortable with OB and call coverage
