Production Associate

Join Barrett Petfood as a Full-Time Production Laborer in Little Falls, Minnesota. Your role as a Production Laborer includes operating machinery, assembling product ingredients, and ensuring production lines run smoothly while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

• Add palletant (dry & liquid) to finished product
• Add color dies to product
• Move finished totes to warehouse and packaging departments using a forklift
• Record and print off labels
• Setup and calibrate pumps for each run
• Use forklift to obtain supplies
• Follow GMPs and safety protocols
• Operate a floor scrubber
• Sweep, mop and sanitize throughout the facility
• Clean totes

Expected schedule:
Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

Salary: $19.50 - $21.50 per hour. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Paid Time Off, and Employee Discounts.
