Roofing Foreman

The Foreman at Herzog Roofing plays a critical leadership role on the jobsite, overseeing daily operations, maintaining high standards for quality and safety, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who exemplifies professionalism, communicates effectively, and fosters a team-oriented environment.

Project Oversight

• Study project plans and details daily to fully understand scope of work.
• Set and track daily and weekly production goals.
• Maintain consistent communication with the project manager on progress and expectations.
• Coordinate material deliveries and verify accuracy and proper staging.
• Ensure quality control on all work performed.
• Make timely field decisions and escalate issues when necessary.
• Accurately document change orders, production notes, and project details as required.
• Items noted on past year-end evaluations: "Complete as you go-100%" & "Scorecard rating of A or
