INH Properties is seeking a full-time responsible Compliance Specialist to join our team in Little Falls, MN. If you are a proactive and organized individual who takes pride in their work, we encourage you to apply.

• Manage and submit annual regulatory certifications/reports, including Annual Owner Certifications (AOCs), LIRCs, and PORT submissions for LIHTC and RD projects.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing accurate agency response reports (in collaboration with Right source) and develop correction actions for inspection findings.
• Process and finalize tenant certifications (ARs, MIs, MOs) and ensure timely completion of annual Rent and UA changes and recertifications in Voyager.
• Serve as the primary compliance resource for on-site property managers.
• Ensure on-site managers are trained and proficient in compliance-related software.
• Maintain organized, systematic, and secure project/tenant files.

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Energetic, dependable, self-starter, and problem solver.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Full Time, Monday - Friday.
• Hourly - Pay range: $20.00 - $25.00 / hour, depending on experience.
• Currently 100% onsite (not remote).
