This is a full-time, on-site role located in Little Falls, MN, for a Customer Service & Technical Representative. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, aiding customers with their inquiries, managing customer support requests, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The role requires a high level of technical knowledge related to sandblasting and painting equipment and a strong commitment to assisting clients effectively.
Qualifications- Exceptional Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and maintaining high levels of customer engagement
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Technical knowledge of sandblasting and painting equipment is highly desirable
- Capability to work collaboratively within a team in an on-site environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 1+ year of experience in technical support or customer service
