This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Little Elm, TX. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers with their outdoor furniture needs, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining product knowledge. The role also involves driving sales by developing strong customer relationships, managing sales processes effectively, and participating in product training. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will contribute to achieving sales goals and ensuring an excellent overall shopping experience.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and achieve targets
• Ability to participate in and apply Training efforts to maintain a high level of product expertise
• A customer-focused approach with a passion for helping others and meeting their needs
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Previous experience in the retail or furniture industry is a plus
