Customer Service Associate - Temporary

Base Pay Range

$15.00/hr - $17.50/hr

• Model and deliver a distinctive, delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them, offering assistance with products and services, resolving issues, and answering questions.
• Register sales on assigned cash register and provide courteous, friendly, efficient checkout service; process voids, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Recommend items for sale, trade‑ups, and companion items; keep counters and shelves clean, merchandised, and well‑stocked.
• Take inventory, maintain records, implement asset protection procedures, and ensure compliance with state and local laws for regulated products.
• Assist with photo‑area customer service, web pick‑up responsibilities, and store maintenance.
• Attend training and complete required PPLs; comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Assume special assignments and other tasks as requested.

• Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate.

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

• At least six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior work experience with Walgreens.
