• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
• Participate in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and other managers to create a team environment that supports improved outcomes and service.
• Support a patient‑first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.
• Support the facility’s efforts to improve engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies, including employee rounding, hourly rounds and other initiatives.
• Provide recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff; recommend and implement courses of action, including training and development, conflict resolution, personnel policy compliance, performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Assist with staff scheduling; manage all practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient‑care needs and established productivity guidelines.
• Support proper inventory control and assist with managing supplies and equipment.

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required.
• Registered Nurse credential.
• ONS Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certificate Provider obtained within 60 days of employment start date.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree required.
• One or more years of applicable experience.
• Inpatient acute care/hospital experience required.
