We are hiring a Director of IT Sales & Business Development (7–8+ years experience) to drive net-new enterprise client acquisition (Mid Market - Fortune 500) across North America.
This is a pure hunter role focused on securing direct client partnerships, MSAs, and long-term enterprise relationships, our core technical domains AI Managed Services
,
Digital Transformation, Cloud, AI/ML, ERP, and Software Development by leveraging your existing network and building new executive relationships across industries. Good to have BFSI and Health care Client network to bring on the board. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.

We deliver IT project services, staff augmentation, AI-driven digital transformation across Cloud, Salesforce, SAP, Data Engineering, QA, and enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a pure sales hunter
, actively opening new doors and securing net-new direct client logos in our core IT domains. - Identify, pursue, and close direct client partnerships (end clients) for IT consulting, project services, and staff augmentation.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies targeting mid-market, Fortune 500, and public-sector clients.
- Lead the entire sales cycle – prospecting, qualifying, proposal management, negotiation, and closing.
- Establish MSAs and ensure long-term vendor relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with Delivery, Recruiting, and Technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and delivery excellence.
- Build and mentor a sales and account management team to scale revenue.
- Maintain consistent sales forecasting, reporting, and KPI tracking.
- 7–8+ years of proven success in IT Consulting & Services Sales with a focus on direct client acquisition (not MSPs).
- Experience with IT staffing / consulting or system integrators is a plus.
- Clear hunter mindset: consistently drives new logo acquisition and expands into new accounts.
- Strong understanding of Digital Transformation, Cloud, AI/ML, ERP, and Software Development.
- Established CXO and Director-level relationships across enterprise clients.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to set strategy and execute independently.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Number of new direct client logos onboarded per quarter.
- Revenue growth and gross margin from new accounts.
- Overall client satisfaction and account retention.
