Job Description:
As a Mid-Market Senior IT Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for new-logo acquisition and recurring revenue growth through the sale of subscription-based managed IT and cybersecurity services. This is a hunter role focused on identifying, qualifying, and closing mid-market opportunities while building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, consultative, and experienced selling recurring technology services to IT and business decision-makers.
- Prospect, qualify, and close new mid-market clients for managed IT and cybersecurity services
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
- Present and position managed services offerings including cybersecurity, cloud, networking, and IT support
- Conduct discovery and needs assessments to align solutions with business outcomes
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions and ensure smooth client onboarding
- Maintain strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, IT Director)
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies
- Travel within the U.S. as required
- 3+ years of technology sales experience, preferably within an MSP, MSSP, or recurring services model
- Proven success selling subscription-based IT, security, or cloud services
- Strong consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Self-directed, results-oriented, and comfortable operating independently
