Salary: $20.00-$26.00 Hourly (higher wage based on experience)
Monday-Thursday 2:45pm-12:45am

We are currently looking for a 2nd shift Powder Coater to join our Little Chute, WI location. If you are experienced in powder coating, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

- Apply powder coating to components on manually operated lines as well as batch booth applications.
- Set up equipment for proper application of coating.
- Clean, mask, plug, and fixture components prior to powder coat application.
- Guide coworkers to prep parts properly.
- Maintain equipment and keep work area in order.
- Operate batch ovens according to work order specifications.
- Inspect parts after coating is complete.
- Unmask, unplug, and package components as needed.
- Complete all paperwork accordingly.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Previous powder coating or painting experience preferred.
- Forklift operation experience is a plus.
- Possess strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of GEMA powder coating equipment is preferred.
