  • 3rd shift is from 5:00 pm to 5:00 am
  • Starting rate of pay $32.97 per hour, +$1.50 shift differential per hour
  • 12‑hour shifts
  • Team schedule varies
  • Comprehensive benefits package after 30 days of employment
Position Summary

This position is responsible for setting an example for safety, product quality and line performance and providing coaching for success. The actions and reactions of this role are what set the daily tone, culture, and vibe through their own daily actions and reactions. Walking the walk when it comes to the safety of our people, products, consumers and environment.

  • Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), performance of sanitation audits, food safety checks, and product quality checks conducted according to policies. Actively participate in prevention and correction of quality‑related errors.
  • Facilitate handoffs and communicate key information to peers, team members, and Production Management.

  • Excellent people skills – maintain a positive attitude and ability to motivate people, specifically coaching individuals for performance and providing appropriate support.
  • Confidence in own capabilities and judgment. Must be willing to face challenging situations. Developed ability to build personal relationships based on trust, mutual respect and open communication.
