Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:00pm (3-DAY WEEKENDS!)

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Cincinnati Press Brakes.
• Tooling Change Experience.
• Class A - 5+ years’ experience preferred.
• Class B - 3+ years preferred.
• Class C - 1+ years preferred.
• Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team.
• Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to the mission.
• Flexible and able to multi-task; can work with an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems.
