Industrial Maintenance Mechanic – 3rd Shift – Little Chute, WI Why Join Us?

• Starting Pay: $34.32–$39.57 per hour, based on experience
• Shift Premium:
  Earn an additional $1.50 per hour for 3rd shift

  12‑hour shifts on a 2/2/3 rotation – NO SWING SHIFTS

• Performing predictive, preventative, and emergency maintenance on high‑speed packaging equipment
• Keeping accurate records, including equipment logs and reports, using computerized maintenance systems
• Conducting pre‑startup reviews, preventative maintenance, rebuilds, troubleshooting, and other assigned tasks

• Conducting pre‑startup reviews
• Performing preventative maintenance and greasing
• Executing equipment removal and installation
• Maintaining computerized documentation for PM01 and PM02s
• Collaborating closely with equipment operators
• Troubleshooting emergency equipment failures and performing repairs
• Adhering to all plant rules and policies, including safety and GMP regulations
• Demonstrating a willingness to perform other duties as assigned
• Thriving in a team‑based environment

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• One‑year certificate from a college or technical school, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Proficient in writing routine reports and correspondence
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with groups of customers or employees
• Commitment to safety, GMP regulations, and good housekeeping practices
