What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Partner with Sales to identify and address customer challenges related to identity workflows and fraud mitigation
  • Guide customers in designing user experiences that integrate the Entrust Identity platform
  • Support RFPs and RFIs by providing technical and industry expertise
  • Lead technical trials, including defining success criteria and validating solutions
  • Collaborate with Product teams to provide market insights and feedback on new features
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Experience as a Pre-Sales, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Engineer, or in Product Management with customer interaction
  • Practical experience with at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Java, or Swift
  • Clear understanding of RESTful APIs and modern integration patterns
  • Ability to guide technical teams through API and SDK integration
  • Fluent in English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Familiarity with identity verification, identity and access management, or fraud prevention technologies
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, cybersecurity, or regtech
  • Knowledge of security principles and data protection regulations
  • Experience working with customers across multiple countries within a region
