- Partner with Sales to identify and address customer challenges related to identity workflows and fraud mitigation
- Guide customers in designing user experiences that integrate the Entrust Identity platform
- Support RFPs and RFIs by providing technical and industry expertise
- Lead technical trials, including defining success criteria and validating solutions
- Collaborate with Product teams to provide market insights and feedback on new features
- Experience as a Pre-Sales, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Engineer, or in Product Management with customer interaction
- Practical experience with at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Java, or Swift
- Clear understanding of RESTful APIs and modern integration patterns
- Ability to guide technical teams through API and SDK integration
- Fluent in English
- Familiarity with identity verification, identity and access management, or fraud prevention technologies
- Experience in financial services, fintech, cybersecurity, or regtech
- Knowledge of security principles and data protection regulations
- Experience working with customers across multiple countries within a region
