Labor Compliance Coordinator
Primoris Gas Operations, which consist of companies such as Q3 Contracting, Inc.
We are recruiting a Labor Compliance Coordinator in Little Canada, MN. The role supports the Labor Compliance Specialist in delivering project documents related to union required documents.
Primary Responsibilities- Monthly and weekly union reporting
- Weekly payroll review/verification
- Research and provide support documentation for discrepancy notices
- Assist with union and labor compliance audits
- Create and maintain craft class codes
- Other duties as assigned
- 2-5 years previous compliance experience preferred
- Experience with Vista ViewPoint preferred
- Project required labor compliance forms, fringe benefit statements, and union status letters
- Good understanding of basic Minnesota and federal labor laws
- Experienced with union fringe benefit reporting preferred
- Must possess analytical and troubleshooting skills to perform job. Examples include discrepancy notices, daily timesheet audits, general ledger analysis
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Ability to use critical thinking to resolve daily challenges and analyze data
- Must be a team player
- Other duties as required

Compensation: $27–30/hour (Compensation will depend on qualifications and experience.)
