This position is for experienced collision repair technicians only. Applicants without hands-on collision repair experience will not be considered.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs to OEM standards.
  • Restore vehicles to pre-accident condition with precision and accountability.
  • Follow documented repair plans and OEM procedures.
  • Use frame equipment, measuring systems, and modern repair tools.
  • Communicate effectively with estimators and team members.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • 3+ years of hands-on collision repair experience.
  • Proven experience in structural and cosmetic repairs.
  • Strong understanding of OEM repair procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Detail-oriented, professional mindset.
Preferred (not required)
  • I-CAR and/or ASE certifications.
  • Experience with advanced materials and modern vehicle construction.
Shop Hours
  • Monday–Thursday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
