• Generate new residential sales through door-to-door canvassing, inbound/outbound leads, and referrals

• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate treatment plans

• Educate customers on pest control services, prevention methods, and service agreements

• Prepare and present pricing, service options, and contracts clearly and professionally

• Close sales and ensure accurate completion of service agreements and documentation

• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

• Comply with all company policies, safety procedures, and local/state regulations

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No Experience Required!

• Valid driver's license required
• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
