Kenvue Lititz Plant develops and markets consumer healthcare, baby care, and beauty/skin care products. The Quality Excellence Lead will drive quality leadership and mentor the Quality Assurance team through transformation initiatives and process excellence strategies, ensuring integrity, timely execution of tasks, and accountability for compliance and financial metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement advanced quality improvement programs aligned with Six Sigma, Lean, and Design Excellence methodologies.
  • Supervise the quality team, assign work, conduct performance reviews, and design solutions to optimize processes and maintain high standards.
  • Conduct data‑driven audits and inspections using analytics to identify trends, ensure compliance, and foster continuous improvement.
  • Address quality deviations and process failures promptly, ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Guide team members, including Six Sigma belts, to adopt innovative problem‑solving and promote a culture of quality and engagement.
  • Partner with senior leadership to implement forward‑thinking quality strategies that meet market, technology, and regulatory demands.
  • Oversee documentation and process changes impacting product quality, ensuring readiness for regulatory audits.
  • Analyze production deviations and trends to drive improvement initiatives.
  • Support creation of site‑wide GMP training to reinforce compliance and quality awareness.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical/scientific field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in a GMP product manufacturing environment, with strong knowledge of quality, compliance, supply chain, and manufacturing operations.
  • Strong foundation in analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams using a collaborative leadership style.
  • Proficiency in relevant technology and software for quality management and process improvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
  • Up to 10% travel.
Desired Qualifications
  • Proficiency in leveraging modern quality management tools, applications, and software to drive decision‑making and operational improvements.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams to embrace change and pursue excellence through creative methodologies.
  • Experience in coaching and developing talent is preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing quality systems design, regulatory compliance, and process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills capable of conveying complex technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required to support quality initiatives and audits.
  • Track record of innovative process enhancements.
  • ASQ CQA, CQE or CQM certification is preferred.
