Family Medicine Lititz is a highly productive team consisting of 7 Physicians and 3 Nurse Practitioners, delivering comprehensive, quality care for patients of all ages—from newborns to geriatrics. FM Lititz has served the local community since 1946, and has been a member of the Lancaster General Medical Group since 1996. The provider team emphasizes wellness and prevention, helps patients manage chronic conditions, provides timely care in the event of an illness or injury, and brings direct access to the most advanced treatment options.

Family Medicine Lititz continues to be recognized as a Patient-Centered Medical Home by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). A Patient-Centered Medical Home strengthens the physician‑patient relationship through accessibility, excellent communication, and the use of the latest information technology. Our team-based care approach ensures patients receive the highest standard of care with direct access to services to promptly meet each patient’s needs.

Full-time with hours primarily between 7:00 am–8:00 pm Monday–Thursday, Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm, and a rotational Saturday from 8:00 am–12:00 pm. On‑call rotation. Our office has two locations which may require a rotating schedule.

• Valid Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner license and Certificate of Prescriptive Authority in Pennsylvania
• Valid Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Nurse
• Certification by ANCC or other qualifying agency in area of specialty required
• Minimum one‑year experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred

• Current licensure as a Physician Assistant by PA Board of Medicine
• Graduate of Accredited Physician Assistant training program
• Minimum one‑year experience as a Physician Assistant is preferred
