, is a premier not-for-profit senior living community that has been serving older adults for 50 years. We are currently seeking an organized and experienced
RN Supervisor to join our team! The RN Supervisor will be a Full-time, Monday thru Thursday- 3rd shift salaried position
. This schedule will require an every other holiday rotation and an On-Call rotation every 6-7 weeks.

What will I do in the role of a RN Supervisor?

• Be responsible for the supervision of all areas of the Skilled Nursing facility/Health Center on assigned shift.
• Assigns nursing personnel, reviews assignments, and makes adjustments as needed for the shift.
• Participates in employee performance appraisals and disciplinary procedures regarding infractions of facility policies and procedures.
• Makes rounds of facility to assess status of residents and any required nursing intervention.
• Manages emergency situations following established protocols and follows infection control/safety guidelines.
• Assists with resident assessments and reviews care plans to assure consistent care is being given based on current care plan.

What do I need in the role of RN Supervisor?

• Must be a Registered Nurse licensed by the Pennsylvania Board of Nursing
• Must be CPR Certified
• One to two years of long-term care nursing experience preferred
• One year experience in nursing supervision preferred
• Management training or experience preferred
• Ability to use computers and software as applies to health care setting
