General Manager, Lancaster – Sky West Airlines

Sky West Airlines, the largest independently owned regional airline, is seeking a General Manager to lead the Lancaster, PA station. The role includes driving a team of airline professionals to deliver an excellent customer experience while maintaining safety, efficiency, and on‑time performance.

• Lititz, Pennsylvania
• Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 annually, based on experience

• Provide direction, guidance, and motivation for all station personnel
• Oversee daily flights and overall operational efficiency
• Maintain strong communication with Sky West departments, vendors, and agencies
• Manage accounting practices, budgets, inventory, and training requirements
• Ensure compliance with Sky West and partner operating standards and procedures
• Maintain safety and security compliance in accordance with industry regulations

• Prior management or supervisory experience within an airline’s ground handling operation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong leadership, customer service, and employee‑relations capabilities
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented
• Willing to travel for company business and training meetings as needed
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently, with reasonable accommodation if required
• Minimum age 18 years
• Valid, unrestricted state‑issued driver’s license
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass a pre‑placement background check and drug screen
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Availability for early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred:
  Knowledge of Sky West Airlines’ policies and procedures
