Job DescriptionKeller Bros Dodge is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team. This role is responsible for driving performance, coaching sales consultants, managing deal structure, and ensuring every customer receives a consistent, high quality experience.
The ideal candidate is hands on, data driven, and comfortable holding a team accountable to goals while maintaining a positive and professional sales culture.
Pay- Competitive compensation based on experience and performance.

- Five day workweek
Saturdays as needed
- Ability to commute to Lititz, PA required
- In person, on site position
- Valid driver’s license required
- Lead, coach, and hold the sales team accountable to performance goals
- Conduct daily sales meetings and one on one coaching sessions
- Desk deals, structure transactions, and support closing activities
- Monitor lead management, follow up activity, and CRM usage
- Manage inventory presentation, pricing strategy, and lot standards
- Track key performance metrics and report results to leadership
- Collaborate with F&I, service, and marketing teams to improve sales performance
- Maintain a professional, ethical, and customer focused sales environment
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales staff
- Previous automotive sales management experience required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and gross profit goals
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience with dealership CRM and desking tools
- Understanding of inventory management and retail sales strategy
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced, performance driven environment
