We are seeking a Product Development Engineer to drive the design, development, testing, and launch of new products from concept through commercialization.
- Lead product development activities from concept, prototyping, and validation through production launch.
- Translate customer needs, market insights, and technical requirements into clear product specifications.
- Utilize calculations of mechanical systems to design products to meet critical specifications
- Develop and execute test plans, including design verification and validation.
- Manage design documentation, including drawings, models, BOMs, and change orders.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure products are optimized for scalability, quality, and cost‑effectiveness.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions for product or manufacturing issues.
- Evaluate new materials, technologies, and suppliers to support innovation and continuous improvement.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Product Development, or related field).
- 2–5 years of experience in product design, development, or engineering (adjustable).
- Proficiency with CAD tools (e.g., Solid Works, Creo, CATIA, Inventor).
- Experience with prototyping, testing methodologies, and design controls.
- Skilled in analyzing test data using Python, MATLAB, Excel, or similar.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and communicate technical information clearly.
