We are seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Manager to lead our parts department and support daily dealership operations while driving efficiency, organization, and profitability.
Job DescriptionKeller Bros Dodge Ram is hiring an Automotive Parts Manager responsible for overseeing day-to-day parts department operations, inventory management, and internal service department support. This leadership role ensures accurate parts availability, strong vendor relationships, and efficient department performance while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
The ideal candidate brings strong dealership parts experience, leadership ability, and a process-driven mindset focused on accountability and operational excellence.
Pay$70,000 to $90,000 (Hourly + Commission)
Job Type and ScheduleFull-time
Monday through Friday (With Rotating Saturdays)
In-person position
Ability to commute to Lititz, PA required
Valid driver’s license required
- Manage daily operations of the automotive parts department
- Maintain proper inventory levels and control parts obsolescence
- Support service department operations with timely parts availability
- Oversee parts ordering, receiving, stocking, and returns
- Monitor department profitability and expense control
- Maintain strong vendor and manufacturer relationships
- Ensure accurate pricing, billing, and inventory records
- Lead, train, and develop parts department staff
- Maintain compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards
- Improve workflow efficiency and internal customer satisfaction
- Previous automotive parts management experience required
- Dealership parts department experience preferred
- Strong inventory control and forecasting knowledge
- Experience with dealership management systems and parts catalogs
- Leadership and team development skills
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
