Job DescriptionKeller Bros Dodge is seeking a motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team. This role is responsible for managing the customer experience from write up to delivery, maintaining clear communication throughout the repair process, and ensuring both customer satisfaction and shop efficiency.
The ideal candidate is organized, confident, and comfortable working in a fast paced dealership environment while balancing customer needs with technician workflow.
Pay- Competitive compensation based on experience.

- Five day workweek (Saturday Rotation Schedule)
- Ability to commute to Lititz, PA required
- In person, on site position
- Valid driver’s license required
- Greet customers and write up service repair orders accurately
- Listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs
- Provide clear estimates and obtain customer authorization
- Communicate repair status and timelines in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure work is completed as promised
- Review completed work with customers at vehicle delivery
- Promote maintenance services, warranties, and recommended services
- Maintain accurate documentation and CRM records
- Support CSI performance and follow up on customer surveys and feedback
- Previous service advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple repair orders at once
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, customer facing environment
- Basic automotive knowledge or willingness to learn
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with dealership systems
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
