Job Summary
Responsible for providing a high level of administrative support for the VERIS Program. This requires regular contact with the broker partners, vendors, and prospects in addition to internal staff. The primary purpose of these interactions is to request sensitive information, clarify and/or inform, and build rapport. This position also provides additional support through cross‑departmental projects.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Assists sales staff with the data collections and Salesforce entry process involved with new group submissions, including initiating contact with key individuals to gather necessary information/documentation and ensure that information is accurate, complete, and in the correct format prior to submission (e.g., census data, disclosure forms, benefit highlight sheets, etc.).
- Enter group and broker information into Salesforce and update as necessary.
- Respond to inquiries, problems and concerns related to the general activities of the sales division when necessary.
- Monitor documentation trail and ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure broker‑partner’s adherence to the Brokerage and Administrative Services Agreement and elevate issues to the VP of VERIS Operations when appropriate.
- Assist with VERIS implementation and renewal processes as needed.
- Maintain group files via Salesforce.
- Promote synergy with other departments to enhance the unique business model of VERIS and Benecon.
- Assist Finance team with yearly tax filings.
- Provide support on cross‑departmental special projects.
- Support training of existing team members and new hires, assisting the Onboarding Manager in creating training materials and new processes.
- Assist in leading procedures across the company and maintaining accurate data in the CRM company‑wide.
- Create, maintain and train other departments on company‑wide standards.
- Assist in coordinating non‑VERIS implementations and documentation with the Senior Implementation Administrator.
- Handle assisted implementation meetings/calls on a smaller scale.

RequirementsPhysical Requirements
- Must be able to sit or stand and type using a computer for up to 90% of the workday.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, walk, stand, and carry items weighing up to 20 lbs.
- Must be able to travel on occasion.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3 years of related administrative/sales support experience, preferably in the employee benefits insurance industry, with basic competence in sales program administration and implementation required.
- Applies principles of logic or critical thinking to resolve a wide array of problems.
- Has the ability to quickly establish rapport and communicate with confidence, tact, and diplomacy.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce.
- Basic project management and multi‑tasking skills.
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Attention to detail.
