JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the day-to-day administration and all other aspects of internal users’ Salesforce/CRM experience. Work collaboratively with the CRM Data Analyst as well as assist the Senior Director of Data Analytics with special project assignments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for Salesforce and/or other company CRM systems administration, development, and maintenance.
  • Provide technical support for the company’s CRM.
  • Responsible for keeping systems current by data scrubbing and data entry.
  • Manage special projects as assigned.
  • Design and present training sessions to internal Benecon/Connect

    Care3 staff as well as external system users.
  • Propose and implement new operational procedures, policies, and best practices aimed at improving effectiveness.
  • Analyze operational departments’ duties and workflows.

    Requirements

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be able to sit or stand and type utilizing computer for up to 90% of the workday.
  • Must be able to talk on the phone.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required preferably in business.
  • Salesforce administration experience preferred. Salesforce Administrator certification required within 1 year of hire.
  • 1-3 years’ experience working on cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written format required.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office and other software programs, web-based programs, etc. required.
  • Ability to learn and apply new technology and software required.
  • Requires the ability to maintain strict adherence to confidentiality standards.
  • Requires the ability to work on multiple projects and successfully shift priorities as needed.
  • Requires excellent attention to detail.
  • A professional demeanor and ability to excel in a team-oriented environment required.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks required.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and be detail oriented.
  • Requires advanced problem solving and reasoning skills.
