As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team.

Position

Summary

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and driving revenue by engaging prospective and exiting customers. This role requires a self‑starter with strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a goal‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively make outbound calls and follow up on inbound inquiries
  • Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Present and promote products or services via phone, email, and video
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and product information
  • Close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead conversion
  • Provide feedback to help improve products, messaging, and sales strategies
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Experience:
  • 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Hub Spot preferred
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable with phone‑based selling and virtual meetings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
