** Description*
* ** RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* + Assists manager in training staff on cleaning procedures, cleaning solutions and products, floor care, project work, and equipment preparation and developing staff for advancement.

May train and/or direct the work of Environmental Service Techs.

+ Performs general cleaning, uses appropriate cleaning aids and pays close attention to detail cleaning. May operate light, medium and heavy equipment and organize supply maintenance.

+ Secures and controls keys; dispenses and collects keys assigned to staff and reports lost keys or breakages. Locks and unlocks doors. Reports building maintenance issues to manager.

+ Follows-up on customer complaints and attempts to resolve issues.

+ Performs supervisory duties in the absence of the manager.

* MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* + A high school diploma or equivalent.

+ Three years related work experience.
