. This covers the Lithia Springs, Douglasville, Austell & Mableton areas.

• Build relationships with internal and external customers to create “Customers for Life.”
• Manage your service route, using strong time‑management skills to stay on track and complete all necessary tasks, including residential pest control, mosquito services, termite inspections, monitoring termite bait systems, problem‑solving customer accounts, communicating consistently with customers, and collaborating with internal teams.
• Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a safety‑first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving your company vehicle.
• Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY by upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer care and acting as a brand ambassador.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route‑based assignments.
• Physical demands: safely use a ladder, lift and carry up to 50 lbs., access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, and work in all types of weather conditions.
