• Asset Protection & Security – Possesses knowledge of asset protection policies, environmental, health, and safety laws; monitors access control equipment and supports facility security staff.
• Employee Health and Safety – Conducts safety, food safety, and OSH audits; supports emergency response and implements OSHA guidelines.
• Partnership & Collaboration – Owns project delivery, supports process updates, solves business issues, and engages stakeholders.
• Data and Digital Literacy – Gathers and interprets data, creates reports, & suggests automation using technology.
• EHS Training Delivery – Supports training facilitation, manages feedback, maintains best‑practice repositories.
• Influential Communication – Presents to and influences partners; communicates concisely; provides constructive feedback and networking.
• Process Improvement – Supports process improvement strategies, identifies gaps, and leads root‑cause investigations.
• Environmental Protection – Implements environmental policies, complies with regulations, and promotes environmental initiatives.
• Operational Excellence – Explains operational functions, uses SOPs, and implements improvement opportunities.
• Customer/Member Centered – Serves customers with care, uses policies to exceed expectations.
• Judgment & Planning – Makes effective choices, plans work, and communicates progress.

• Ethics & Compliance – Follows policies, reports issues, and upholds integrity.

• 6 months experience as a Walmart associate OR 1 year of work experience or coursework in criminal justice, loss prevention/asset protection, safety, compliance, or security‑related field.

• Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and One Drive proficiency.
• Experience or coursework in criminal justice, loss prevention/asset protection, safety, compliance, or security‑related field.
