Overview
The Lab Analyst position is a dynamic role within a fast-paced, customer-oriented laboratory environment. The primary responsibility is to analyze finished product samples prior to commercial release, offering the opportunity to learn new skills and work cross-functionally in a growing lab at a manufacturing site.
Responsibilities- Prepare samples and operate laboratory equipment.
- Maintain accurate records and perform qualitative and quantitative assays on samples.
- Interpret and evaluate data for accuracy, precision, trends, and potential GMP impact.
- Recommend and execute process improvements to enhance laboratory performance.
- Demonstrate high productivity, multitasking ability, low error rate, and attention to detail.
- Show flexibility and engagement in a changing environment.
- Exhibit good laboratory techniques to avoid cross-contamination or misidentification of samples.
- Follow written procedures accurately.
- Participate in manufacturing QC support such as cleaning verification.
- BS degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
- 1+ year of industry lab experience in pharma, chemical, medical device, or food/beverage sectors.
- Experience with Total Organic Carbon (TOC) analysis.
- Ability to prepare reagents and conduct UV-Vis, microbiology, environmental monitoring, pH, and conductivity tests.

- Reagent preparation experience.
- Willingness and ability to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail.
This is a Contract position based out of Lithia Springs, GA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
