. We are looking for an experienced forklift operator to join our Lithia Springs, GA plant. This is a 2nd shift position, Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, with overtime as needed and an additional $1.00/hr shift premium. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers' satisfaction by shipping and/or receiving products timely and accurately. You will work closely with all departments, including Production, Maintenance, and more.

• Use forklift or walkie rider to pick, ship and/or receive products timely.
• Receive instructions and schedules from plant supervision.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly work environment.
• Retrieve or put away material using a sit‑down industrial forklift.
• Ensure that all finished products meet quality standards.
• Be ready and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Great work ethic and impeccable attendance.
• Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
• Proficient operation of forklift and walkie rider (driving test will be given at interview).
